I placed my first order with Gemma, on a Friday, she was more than helpful and answered all my emails at lightening speed, and answered even the smallest, silliest of questions without any issues. I placed my second order on the Sunday, after other suppliers messed me about and let me down I was worried what might happen. However, I was amazed that both my orders were with me on the Monday and the other on the Tuesday – next day after they picked the order up, it was packaged the best I have ever seen and the items were great. Not one problem with any of them. To add, Adele and Gemma are two of the nicest ladies I have met in this trade and nothing is too much trouble for them.
