Is there a Minimum order?
There is no minimum order value. You may order exactly what you require.
When are new products added to the website?
Many new products are added daily through the working week i.e. Monday to Friday.
Do you ship to all countries?
We ship to most countries. If your country is not listed, please send an email to sales@herz.co.uk with your order. We will then contact you.
I am a customer outside the UK. Can you ship to my transport company in England?
Yes, we can deliver to your transport company/shipper in England. UK delivery charges would apply, which is free of charge for orders over £500.
What is a ratio pack?
This is a quantity of garments in assorted sizes and if applicable, assorted colours.
Can I choose the sizes of garments that I wish to order?
No, we only sell in assorted packs of 12 pieces, so that every customer will have a good mix of sizes.
Why are the garments so low in price?
Our prices are low because we buy excess stock garments in bulk direct from large contract chainstore manufacturers all over the World. We are direct importers from those manufacturers based overseas and we have our own Import Department. “There is no middleman – you are dealing as direct as you possibly can”.
What notification emails do I receive?
a) We notify you of receipt of order. b) We notify you on receipt of payment. c) We notify you on the day the goods are despatched. d) You are also notified by the delivery company that your goods are on the way. This email has a hypertext link to give you a current “status” of your delivery.
May we visit your warehouse?
We welcome you to visit us by appointment only. Telephone 0161 443 3030 and ask for Adele. You may view our products and buy at the same time. We will assist you as much as possible.
What do I do if I forget my password?

Why is it best to log in before browsing?
If you are logged in, the cart will save the items for you on your computer. However, leaving them in the cart does not “reserve” them and there is a possibility that some lines could sell out before completing your purchase.
Will I be charged VAT if I am in the EU but outside the U.K.?
If you have a VAT number then VAT is not charged. If you do not have a VAT number then you must pay VAT.
